The venue is Lake Senba (Senba-cho, Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture), and the event will take place from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. In case of inclement weather, the event will be postponed to the 26th.
Tickets for the paid seating area are now on sale and will be available from 10:00 a.m. on June 6 through 7:00 p.m. on July 25 via the official website and at FamilyMart stores using their multi-function copiers. An early-bird discount is also available until 11:59 p.m. on the 30th.
While some ticket categories are already sold out, the “Front-Row Fireworks Seats” in the area directly facing the fireworks—which consist of a 1.8-meter-square picnic blanket laid out on the Sakuragawa Embankment (for up to 4 people)—are priced at 14,000 yen (12,000 yen with early-bird discount), and the “Front-Row Chair Seats,” featuring two rows of folding chairs also set up on the Sakura River embankment, are 4,000 yen per seat (3,500 yen with early-bird discount).
In the Mito Station-side area, within a 15-minute walk from the station, the “Mito Station-side Table Seats” (for up to 4 people) consist of one long table and four metal folding chairs and cost 20,000 yen (18,000 yen with early-bird discount); The “Mito Station Side Pair Seats,” designed for couples with two metal chairs placed side by side, are priced at 8,000 yen for two seats (7,000 yen with early-bird discount); and the “Mito Station Side Single Chair Seats,” featuring one metal chair, are priced at 3,000 yen per seat (2,500 yen with early-bird discount).
