Takarajimasha releases a version of its best-selling “Y’SACCS” bag with an insulated compartment. It converts from a tote to a backpack and offers ample storage space.

Takarajimasha will release “Y’SACCS: The Blockbuster Bag Returns with a New Cooling Feature! 2-Way Shoulder Backpack Book” on July 6. The price is 4,609 yen. It will be available at bookstores and online retailers.

“Y’SACCS” was launched as the accessories line of “Y’s,” the fashion brand created by world-renowned designer Yohji Yamamoto. We have included its best-selling “Travel Shoulder Backpack” as a special supplement to this issue—a limited-edition version featuring a built-in cooler.

While retaining the 2-way design that allows you to use it as either a tote or a backpack, we’ve redesigned it with an aluminum-lined interior so it can also be used as a cooler bag. The main compartment is spacious enough to hold a 2-liter plastic bottle, measuring approximately 25 × 10 × 33 cm (top width × depth × height). It features side pockets on both sides and a large back pocket on the outside, as well as a mesh pocket on the inside.

The cover and pages of the magazine feature TV personality Nao Asahi, who introduces her top picks under the theme of a journey to explore “Y’SACCS.”
