This highly anticipated hotel, which changed its name on April 27 of this spring and held its grand opening as an integrated resort. In addition, the property features the “Deep Sea Water Akazawa Spa,” a beauty and wellness facility equipped with a deep-sea water pool based on the French-originated therapy of thalassotherapy, as well as barrel saunas and hot stone baths. The property also offers facilities where guests can enjoy table tennis, billiards, board games, and bowling, making it an ideal destination for guests of all ages.
Dinner is served at a restaurant overlooking the ocean, featuring a Japanese-style course menu showcasing Izu’s seasonal delicacies. The highlight of the meal is Akazawa’s signature “Akazawa Seafood Treasure Box,” a dish brimming with seasonal seafood from the waters off Izu, including red-eyed snapper, shrimp, and shellfish. For breakfast, guests can enjoy a buffet featuring over 40 varieties of Japanese and Western dishes.
