Premium Water and JAL will launch “JAL Water,” a water dispenser service that lets users earn miles, at 10:00 a.m. on July 1.
Premium Water is a service that rents or sells water dispensers and delivers water to customers’ homes on a regular basis. The company claims that its “raw natural water” is not heat-treated, so the dissolved oxygen—an indicator of taste—does not decrease. Additionally, since the shelf life of unopened bottles is approximately six months from the date of manufacture, the product can be used as a “rolling stock” system, where you consume the water as you restock.
With this service, you can choose between a water-purification type and a natural water type server. Benefits include earning up to 14,000 miles upon signing up, plus up to 300 miles per month based on usage. Additionally, regardless of the server you choose, you’ll earn 1 Life Status point every month. For example, if you use “litta,” the monthly fee is 2,380 yen. You can earn 6,000 miles for signing up and 200 miles for monthly usage.
In addition, to celebrate the launch of the service, customers who sign up for JAL Water between July 1 and August 31 and have their server installed by the end of August will receive 2,000 miles in addition to the standard miles awarded for new contracts.
