Elecom will release two compact breathalyzer models in mid-June. Prices are open, with the direct sales price for the HCS-ACS02STDWH set at 5,800 yen.
This breathalyzer complies with the requirements set forth in the National Public Safety Commission Regulations. It allows you to easily measure the alcohol concentration in your breath simply by blowing into the sensor. Results are displayed in approximately 2 seconds after blowing into the device.
By incorporating a breath detection sensor and a breath flow sensor, the device determines whether the user is breathing correctly and whether the breath volume (flow rate) is sufficient. This helps minimize measurement errors and inaccuracies, while also preventing fraud such as impersonation.
By linking with the free dedicated app “ALSmart” (Android/iOS), you can manage your measurement results digitally and even send them as email attachments.
Both products have the same specifications, but the HCS-ACS02PROWH comes with a carrying case.
