On June 25, ANA announced that it would reconsider the revisions to its “ANA Super Flyers Card”—a credit card service for elite members—that it had announced in April. The company said it would provide further details by the end of September.
The announcement in April included a policy change stating that customers would no longer be able to use ANA lounges at airports if their annual spending on ANA Cards and ANA Pay fell below 3 million, a change that drew backlash from some users, particularly on social media.
