The Japan RV Association has certified 10 new “RV Parks” for overnight camping. The network has expanded to 644 facilities nationwide, including spots where visitors can enjoy the natural beauty of the ocean and rural landscapes.

The Japan RV Association has certified 10 new sites as “RV Parks,” facilities designed for overnight stays in vehicles. As of June 1, this brings the total number of such facilities nationwide to 644.

RV parks are facilities that meet certain criteria to provide “a comfortable and safe place to stay overnight in a vehicle,” and their establishment is progressing nationwide, often adjacent to hot spring resorts, traditional inns, and roadside rest areas. In May, a number of facilities where visitors can relax while enjoying nature opened one after another. Some of the newly certified facilities are listed below.
