The 54th Moka City Summer Festival Grand Fireworks Display” accepting applications for paid spectator seats until June 7. The powerful 15,000 fireworks display will be held on July 25.

The Aragamisai Festival Headquarters and the Aragamisai Town Association will hold the “54th Moka City Summer Festival Grand Fireworks Display” on July 25.

The fireworks display will be held on the second day of the “Moka Summer Festival,” the largest event in Moka City, Tochigi Prefecture, and will be held along the Gogyo River on the east side of the Moka City Hall. The launch site and viewing area are located close to each other, so that spectators can enjoy the powerful 15,000 shots of fireworks. The fireworks will be launched from 19:30 to 21:00. In case of inclement weather, the event will be postponed to July 27.

Sponsored bleachers are located in the parking lot on the east side of Moka City Hall (5191 Ara-machi, Moka-shi, Tochigi), and are priced at 8,000 yen for 1 tsubo seats, 16,000 yen for 2 tsubo seats (both for up to 4 persons per tsubo), and 8,000 yen for wheelchair seats.

The first sales are being accepted on the “Ticket Pay” application site until 11:59 p.m. on June 7, and winners will be announced on June 10 (confirmed on the Moka City Tourist Association website or by e-mail notification to the winners). Winners will be required to pay by the deadline and have their tickets issued at a convenience store.
