RIMOWA will release an original collection in Japan on June 2 to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Pokemon.
Pokemon characters from “Pokemon Red and Green” are incorporated into the design to express the nostalgic mood of “the beginning of a journey. A total of five items are available: three types of leather luggage charms, a sticker set, and a Monster Ball patterned wheel set that can be used to customize Cabin size suitcases.
RIMOWA Store Omotesando, Ginza 7-chome, Nagoya Sakae, Osaka Shinsaibashi, Kobe, and Fukuoka will be handling the product. Only sticker sets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
RIMOWA’s official online sales will begin at 4:00 p.m. on June 2 on a first-come, first-served basis. Both in-store and online, the number of items purchased is limited to one per person per item.
