Regioneer by Quintessa Sapporo Ekimae opens, a 3-minute walk from Sapporo Station on the Toho Line. Offering the taste of Hokkaido with welcome service and buffet breakfast

Core Global Management opened Regioneer by Quintessa Sapporo Ekimae (2-9, Kita 2-jo Nishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido) as the first hotel under the new Regioneer hotel brand.

Located about a 3-minute walk from Sapporo Station on the Toho Subway Line, the hotel has 175 guest rooms. Guests are provided with Hokkaido’s famous sweets, cookies, and welcome drinks as a welcome service.

The breakfast buffet of approximately 70 items features three live kitchens: sushi, teppanyaki, and Hokkaido ramen. A total of 13 types of sushi items are available at the live kitchens: sweet shrimp, squid, thick-boiled egg, tuna, yellowtail, trout, sea bream, octopus, Hokyosai clam, cod kombujime, mackerel, seared herring, and mussel. The restaurant also offers three types of teppan-yaki: Genghis Khan, beef steak, and pork, and freshly grilled pork on rice can be enjoyed as Tokachi-style pork rice bowl, a Hokkaido specialty.

Hokkaido Ramen offers three types of soup (Sapporo miso, Hakodate salt, and root kelp dashi), two types of noodles, and 10 types of toppings such as chashu pork, butter, and cheese, allowing customers to freely combine and compare local Hokkaido ramen dishes at once.
