JR East cancels planned services on June 3 due to the approach of Typhoon No. 6. Tokaido Line/Shinjuku Shonan Line, Limited Express Hitachi-Odoriko/Narita Express, etc.

JR East will implement planned service suspension on some lines on June 3 due to the approach of Typhoon No. 6 (as of 5:00 p.m. on June 2).

Routes and sections to be closed on conventional lines

Tokaido Line: Odawara – Atami, first departure – to be determined

Ito Line: Atami – Ito, all day

Chuo Line: Takao – Kobuchizawa, first departure – around 3:00 p.m.

Ome Line: Ome – Okutama, first departure – around 8:00 p.m.

Shonan Shinjuku Line: Shinjuku – Odawara/Zushi, first departure – around 16:00

Limited express trains include all Limited Express Dancing Girl and Saphir Dancing Girl, Sunrise Seto and Izumo, Spacia Nikko and Kinugawa, Limited Express Kusatsu, Shima and Akagi, Limited Express Shiosai, Wakashio and Sazanami, and some Narita Express, Limited Express Azusa, Kaiji and Fuji Kairo, Limited Express Hitachi and Tokiwa trains.
