Two “City Express by Marriott” hotels open in Osaka. 100 rooms at Shin-Imamiya Station and 143 rooms at Hanazonomachi Station.

Marriott International opened two “City Express by Marriott” hotels in Osaka on May 7. This is the brand’s first entry into the Asia Pacific region, and the two hotels will be managed by Shin-Imamiya Hospitality.

The opening of the new City Express by Marriott is part of Marriott’s global expansion of its midscale segment, which focuses on “quality, simplicity, and efficiency” for both business and leisure use, and is being opened in “convenient and accessible locations.

City Express by Marriott Osaka Shin-Imamiya (1-2-7 Haginochaya, Nishinari-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture) is located next to Shin-Imamiya Station, making it easy to visit various places in the city by JR, Nankai, and Osaka Metro (Zoo Animal Mae Station is nearby), and it takes about 50 minutes directly to Kansai International Airport by Nankai Main Line. It has 100 guest rooms.

On the other hand, the City Express by Marriott Osaka Namba Minami (2-15-21 Hanazonokita, Nishinari-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture), located next to Hanazonomachi Station on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line, offers easy access to central Osaka, with Namba Station only 5 minutes away by subway and Umeda Station 20 minutes away by transfer to the Midosuji Line. It is also approximately 45 minutes to Kansai International Airport, and has 143 guest rooms.
