Starbucks launches color-changing banana-patterned tumblers on May 27. Also cool mesh green bags.

Starbucks will release its second merchandise line for the 30th anniversary of its arrival in Japan on May 27.

Noteworthy are the “Color Changing Reusable Cold Cup Banana 710ml” (850 yen), a cute cup with a pop banana motif, and the “Exclusive Straw Cap” of Bearista sitting a little on a banana (sold as a set with the same reusable cup for 1,450 yen).

The lineup also includes the stainless steel TOGO Bottle Glitter Blue 473ml, a stainless steel bottle with a cup shape typical of Starbucks, in a total of four colors (5,350 yen each). The glittery finish gives the bottle a summery feel, and it is available in blue, green, yellow, and pink. The bottle has a double-layered vacuum structure for excellent heat and cold retention, and the lid has an open/close lock function.

In addition, a “Mesh Bag Small Green” (2,000 yen), conveniently sized for small outings, will go on sale at the same time. It features a cool mesh material and border design, and comes with an inside pocket for storing small items. Measuring approximately 10 x 10 x 19 cm (W x D x H), it is just right for carrying a bottle.
