Vessel Hotel Kaihatsu will open its first hotel in Shizuoka Prefecture, “Ref Hamamatsu by Vessel Hotels” (1055 Sunayama-cho, Chuo-ku, Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and other lot numbers) in December 2027 (planned).
Located a 4-minute walk from JR Hamamatsu Station, where the Tokaido Shinkansen bullet train stops. The 10-story building, scheduled for completion in late September 2027, will have a total of 198 guest rooms. The rooms will be designed to allow guests to take off their shoes and relax, and there will be a large public bath with a sauna in the hotel.
Targeting domestic and international tourists, groups, and families, the hotel will allow children under 18 years of age to stay free of charge, provided that they sleep in the same room with their parents or grandparents. Amenities such as cleansing, face wash, lotion, and other baby items, as well as a welcome drink, will also be provided free of charge.
