NEXCO East Japan will conduct a point gift campaign to ease congestion on the Kan-etsu Expressway (E17) due to holiday demand over a total of 17 days on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays in June and July.

Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza (Karuizawa, Karuizawa-cho, Kitasaku-gun, Nagano Prefecture), and who depart from the facility after 18:00 on the Kan-etsu Expressway (uphill route), will receive “QUO Card Pay” (digital points that can be used at general commercial facilities) worth up to 1,000 yen if they meet the prescribed conditions.
