Redevelopment in front of Jiyugaoka Station, commercial facility to be named “Jiyugaoka Muse Square”. List of 59 stores released.

The Jiyugaoka 1-chome 29th Urban Area Redevelopment Association and participating partner Hulic have decided on the name “JIYUGAOKA MUSE SQUARE” for the commercial facility scheduled to open in September. A lineup of 59 stores has been announced on the teaser site.

Located in front of Jiyugaoka Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line/Tokyu Oimachi Line (29-1, Jiyugaoka 1-chome, Meguro-ku, Tokyo), a complex facility including commercial, residential and office buildings is under construction (height: approx. 60 m, total floor area: approx. 46,000m2). Of the 15 floors above ground to 3 floors below ground, the commercial facility will be open from the 5th floor above ground to the 1st floor below ground, and will be operated by Sumisho Urban Kaihatsu.

The core stores include Meidi-ya, a high-end supermarket that will make its first appearance in Jiyugaoka; a joint Starbucks Coffee and Share Lounge store; Kodomo de Part, a childcare and education center; Mont Blanc, a local confectionery store; Yabu Izu, a soba noodle store; and Isseido, a watch, glasses, and jewelry store, already announced in January.

Other stores include a new business model store of “Nigigiri,” famous for its Daifuku (rice cake with fruit), Re:CENO, the largest furniture and interior design store in the Kanto area, Pierre Marcolini’s cafe, ACE Bags & Luggage, a suitcase and business bag store, and Hands, a household goods store.
