ZERO ZERO ROBOTICS will release the HOVERAir AQUA AI drone for water activities on May 28.
The camera is designed to be 100% waterproof and IP67 compliant. It is said to automatically follow the subject without the need for maneuvering or hands-free operation, and can continue to capture the movements of surfers, jet skiers, SUPs, etc. from a third-party perspective.
Equipped with a 1/1.28″ CMOS sensor that supports 4K/100fps slow-motion photography, wind resistance up to 33 knots, maximum flight time of 23 minutes, maximum tracking speed of 55km/h, and 15 different automatic flight modes.
A new “Lighthouse” accessory, meaning a lighthouse, is available, which can be worn on the arm for takeoff, landing, recording, mode switching, remote recall, and other operations at the push of a button.
The price is 199,980 yen for the “basic set” including the main unit, Lighthouse, USB cable, repair kit, and battery waterproof bag.
