Nitori released the Strong Wind Cooling Plate Peltier Handy Fan (MN04NR) in stores nationwide and on its direct sales website in late April. It is priced at 3,990 yen.
Handy fan with 100 levels of finely adjustable airflow from light to strong wind. Equipped with a cooling plate, it can be applied directly to the skin to cool the neck and other parts of the body, so it can be used not only to blow air but also to provide direct heat protection.
A special stand is included to stand the unit up and use it as a tabletop fan. In addition to stabilizing the unit so that it does not move even when strong airflow is generated, the protruding part of the stand can also be used to place a smartphone.
It is available in two colors: white and mocha. The built-in 4000mAh lithium-ion battery enables continuous use for about 8 hours at air volume “1” and about 2 hours at air volume “100”. When used with the cooling plate, it operates for about 1.5 hours at air volume “1” and about 1 hour at air volume “100”. Charging time is approximately 4 hours.
It measures approximately 6.0 x 5.7 x 15.6 cm (W x D x H) and weighs approximately 210 g. A USB cord (approximately 60 cm) and strap for charging are included. A USB power adapter for charging must be provided separately.
