Rumi Higo, Tohoku Branch Office I am Rumi Higo, in charge of the Tohoku region, and have returned to my hometown in Miyagi Prefecture after 22 years. I would like to share with you the charm of Tohoku, a place with rich nature, delicious foods, and warm-hearted people, which I can understand now that I am away from home. I hope to provide you with information that will make you want to visit Tohoku.
