Reservations are now open for the “Yoshida Route” to climb Mt. Opening of the mountain is July 10, 4,000 yen per person for the toll.

On April 27, Yamanashi Prefecture began accepting reservations for the Yoshida Route, a mountain trail on Mt.

Fuji (the same rule applies to the three climbing routes on the Shizuoka Prefecture side). The reservation system for FY2026 includes the following functions: “confirmation of equipment required for climbing the mountain and pledge of compliance,” “display of the number of reservations remaining (○, △, ×),” “change or cancellation of reservations,” and “display of an image of the junction point when making a reservation. In addition to the “checking the equipment required for the climb and pledging compliance,” “displaying the number of remaining reservations as X, Y, and Z,” and “changing or canceling reservations,” the reservation system for FY2026 also includes “displaying images of branch locations when making reservations” as a measure against road mistakes.

Up to 4,000 climbers per day (excluding lodge guests). The toll is 4,000 yen per person per visit and can be paid by credit card or PayPay at the time of reservation. The Mt. Fuji Yoshida Route is scheduled to open on July 10.
