What to Eat at USJ on Spring Break? 25th Anniversary Limited Edition Food & Sweets. Collaborations with popular companies such as Thirty-One and Suntory.

Universal Studios Japan will hold its 25th anniversary event “Discover U! (Discover U!!!)” event to celebrate its 25th anniversary from March 4. Let’s take a look at some of the limited-edition food items that are perfect for eating your way around the park.

The main menu is a serious parody of the classic products of popular companies such as Thirty-One, Kewpie, Itoham, Suntory, and Yakult.

At Universal Market, there will be ice cream-inspired “Thirty-One Churritos” Popping Shower flavor and Love Potion Thirty-One flavor (800 yen each), “Mayo Mayo Tuna Mayo Corn Man” (850 yen), which looks just like Kewpie mayonnaise, and a large and powerful ” Alto Bavarian Dog – Meat Monster” (3,500 yen).

The reporter actually tried one of the hot dogs, and its size, measuring over 35 cm in length (instead of 25 cm for some reason), made a bigger impact than one would expect. Just by holding the item I ordered in the park, I received many comments such as “What is that? “Wow!” “It smells so good! and “It smells so good!

The soft bucket is topped with a thick Altbier that is just barely thick enough to bite into, with sausage and bacon to follow, and even vegetables such as zucchini and bell peppers, which are recommended to be cut into pieces with a knife.

The sausage is seasoned not only with salt, but also with cheddar sauce and barbecue sauce, making it quite rich. If you want to enjoy it as a meal, it is probably best to combine it with one or two other food items and share it with about four people.

Parkside Grill is selling “Whiskey Kakubin-scented Tiramisu” (1,000 yen) in collaboration with Suntory. Because it is made with whiskey, the restaurant asks customers under 20 years old and those who drive to be careful.

The Wharf Cafe will also offer “Yakult Soft Ice Cream Sundae – Mango” (1,100 yen) from April 1.

In addition, the food cart in front of Space Fantasy the Ride will offer an interesting collaboration of the park’s standard menu items at the same time. The “Caramel Popcorn! The “Churritos” (800 yen) was simply delicious, with two different crunchy textures – churritos and popcorn – and the caramel was slightly salty-sweet.

The “Turkey Leg! man” (850 yen) has a sausage in the hand-held portion, making it easy to eat with one hand. It contains soft-cooked onions, turkey, black rice, carrots, and other ingredients, and although it is slightly spicy, it has a gentler flavor than it appears.

Each restaurant will offer a pulled pork burger and meatball pizza (2,300 yen each) with one random coaster with a 25th anniversary design. The burger is available at Mel’s Drive-In, and the pizza is available at Louie’s N.Y. Pizza Parlor. Each comes with French fries and a soft drink (R size).

To carry them around, use the lunch boxes (2,300 yen) available at the Snoopy Backlot Café.

Drink bottles will be available in the 25th anniversary design featuring Woody Woodpecker (1,800 yen), the Jurassic Park bottle (2,300 yen) from April 17, and the Jaws bottle (2,300 yen) from around summer. The bottles are quite large in volume, so they will be useful for frequent rehydration during the summer. Details will be announced on the official website at a later date.
