East Japan Railway Company (JR East) has released a special website for the Suica penguin, which is scheduled to graduate at the end of March 2027.
It will include a section looking back at past merchandise that has appeared over the past 25 years, introduction of the latest merchandise that can still be purchased, and various campaigns that will be developed in the future to show appreciation to fans.

The successor character will be narrowed down to three designs after the committee selects candidates, and a public vote will be held in the summer of 2026, followed by an announcement in the fall. A public call for the nickname will be held in the winter, and the new character will make its debut in April 2027.
