Saitama Super Arena (8 Shintoshin, Chuo-ku, Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) announced the results of its call for value-up naming rights partners: the facility will be nicknamed “GMO ARENA Saitama” (GMO ARENA saitama) for six years from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2032.
Naming rights will be acquired by GMO Internet Group, one of the five candidate companies. The acquisition price (excluding tax) is 50 million yen for FY2026, when the building is closed, and 550 million yen per year after FY2027.
The name of the facility may be indicated as “GMO Arena Saitama (Saitama Super Arena)” in conjunction with the official name.
Saitama Super Arena has been closed since January 13, 2026 for major renovation work, and is scheduled to reopen in April 2027. During the closure, the “Exhibition Hall,” “TOIRO,” and “CA101” will remain open with the exception of certain periods, and the tenant Keyaki Hiroba in Saitama Super Arena will remain open as usual.
GMO Internet Group’s initiatives to enhance the competitiveness and add value to its facilities include strengthening hospitality facilities and functions, introducing and promoting cashless payment at in-person stores, improving high-speed communication lines, introducing AI and robots, and holding various events to create a lively atmosphere.
