Pre-opening in May of “Tokyo Tatemono Pia Theater & Conference”, a tiered theater and MICE facility with approximately 800 seats in the Tofrom Yaesu Tower

PIA, Congrès and Tokyo Tatemono have decided on the name of the theater and conference facility at the TOFROM YAESU TOWER (1-6-1 Yaesu, Chuo-ku, Tokyo), a large-scale complex in front of Tokyo Station, as “Tokyo Tatemono PIA Theater & Conference” and will pre-open on May 1.

The Tokyo Tatemono Pia Theater, a theater with a capacity of approximately 800 people, will be located on the 3rd to 6th floors of the facility, and the Tokyo Tatemono Pia Conference Hall and meeting rooms on the 5th and 6th floors. It is directly connected to Tokyo Station and the Tokyo Yaesu Phase 2 bus terminal area, and will serve as a MICE and entertainment dissemination function.

The Tokyo Tatemono Pia Theater was the first theater in front of Tokyo Station to be built with a tiered floor, and has a total of 806 seats, 593 on the first floor and 213 on the second floor. The main stage area is approximately 240 m2.

Tokyo Tatemono PIA Conference will have a large hall “TO YAESU HALL” (approx. 750 m2) that can accommodate up to 828 people, a small hall “FROM YAESU HALL” (approx. 150 m2) that can hold up to 140 people, and 10 conference rooms (approx. 20 to 50 m2) with 8 to 40 seats.

TOFROM Yaesu Tower is a 51-story above-ground, four-story below-ground mixed-use development project in the Yaesu 1-chome East B district in front of Tokyo Station, Type 1 Urban Area Redevelopment Project. Tokyo Tatemono Pia Theater & Conference is owned by Tokyo Tatemono and jointly operated by Pia Congrès.
