Jumbo Ferry will introduce a feature that allows customers to purchase additional premier seats only on the official website reservation page from March 5, 5.
In the past, reservations were made at the same time as boarding reservations, and reservations, including seat types, could not be changed more than two days prior to boarding.
The new feature allows passengers to purchase additional premier seats separately from their boarding reservations from their smartphones from 60 minutes prior to departure until they are on board, allowing them to upgrade their seats smoothly without waiting in line or waiting at the ticket counter during busy times.
