APA Hotel Okhotsk Kitami (617-139 Tondahigashimachi, Kitami-shi, Hokkaido) will rebrand the current Kitami Plaza Hotel and open as a new hotel, located about 5 minutes from JR Kitami Station by car, with a flat parking lot that can accommodate up to 70 vehicles (700 yen per night). APA Hotel Fukuchiyama Ekimae (3-20-1 Ekiminami-machi, Fukuchiyama City, Kyoto Prefecture) will rebrand R-Inn Fukuchiyama, which is currently in operation, and will open in front of JR Fukuchiyama Station, a one-minute walk from the south exit.
The hotel has a total of 91 rooms, 84 single rooms and 7 twin rooms. Single rooms feature a 1,400 mm wide double bed, and room rates start at 6,000 yen for a single room. The hotel also plans to offer tickets to the Yoro no Yu hot spring in Kyoto Tanba Fukuchiyama, a 10-minute drive from the hotel, at a special price for guests of 500 yen (usually 900 yen) at the front desk.
