On March 18, IKEA Japan will launch the “Center Pickup (small item delivery only)” service, which allows customers to pick up items at Marui and Modi stores in the Marui Group. The service will be available at 16 stores in the Kanto area.
IKEA offers a “Center Pickup (for small items only)” service in which the company delivers products eligible for small item delivery (total weight of 30 kg or less, total length of 3 sides 160 cm or less) to a pickup center or business partner’s location, and the purchaser carries the items from the pickup location to his/her own home, thereby reducing delivery costs. The company also offers a “Center Pickup (small item delivery only)” service.
With the participation of Marui Modi, in addition to the Sagawa Express locations launched in 2025, the number of product pickup locations will expand to 792 nationwide.
