JICA has promulgated and enforced the “JICA Guidelines for Environmental and Social Considerations” (hereinafter referred to as the “Guidelines”), and is working to implement projects that take environmental and social aspects into consideration. JICA has also established an Advisory Committee on Environmental and Social Considerations as a third-party organization, consisting of external experts with the necessary knowledge and experience, to provide expert advice on the support and confirmation of environmental and social considerations in cooperation projects.
The term of office of the Committee members will expire, and we are seeking members who can provide expert advice on environmental and social considerations in JICA projects based on the Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as “Environmental and Social Considerations Advisory Committee Members”) as follows.
