Fukuoka City Subway to Extend Last Train Service to Mondays through Saturdays from April. Extended the service section.

The Fukuoka City Transportation Bureau will revise the timetable for all subway lines on April 1, and will begin operating a “Midnight Train” that delays the last train on Mondays through Saturdays.

Currently, Fukuoka City Subway runs trains on Fridays after the regular last train as “Friday Night Train,” but from April, this will be expanded to all days except Sundays and holidays.

On the Airport Line, the two round trips currently in operation under the current timetable will continue. One of these services, from Hakata to Meinohama, will be extended to depart from Fukuoka Airport after the revision.

The “Friday Night Train” on the Kaizuka Line has one round trip between Nakasu Kawabata Station and Kaizuka Station, but will be extended to operate between Meinohama Station and Kaizuka Station in April.

There will be no major changes to the Nanakuma Line schedule, and the current one round trip service between Hakata Station and Hashimoto Station will continue.
