Blue Impulse will fly in the Ishinomaki Reconstruction Marathon in Miyagi Prefecture on March 15. Traffic regulations will be enforced around the venue.

The Air Self-Defense Force will conduct a Blue Impulse display flight during the 9th Ishinomaki Reconstruction Marathon to be held on March 15 in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture.

The day will feature powerful formation flying and spectacular acrobatics. The start time is 11:30 a.m., and the flight time is estimated to be about 30-40 minutes. The preliminary schedule and flight route have not been announced.

Traffic regulations will be enforced around the venue from 8:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on August 15 in conjunction with the marathon. Prefectural Route 33 Ishinomaki-Kawakita Line and urban areas along the Kitakami River will be closed to vehicular traffic.

On the day of the event, a free shuttle bus will be available between Ishinomaki Station and the start/finish line at Seihoku Park Ishinomaki (Ishinomaki City Sports Park). Priority for use is given to participants in the event, with an additional service departing from Ishinomaki Station at 9:30 a.m. for those who wish to view the display flights.

Parking lots P1-P8 will be set up in the vicinity of the event site, but since priority is also given to the use of convention participants, exhibition flight spectators are encouraged to use parking lots P4-P8 after 10:00 a.m.
