Zenrin’s map-patterned goods gathered at Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse. Lots of local goods such as directional signboard ackee

Zenrin will open a “Map Design GALLERY” pop-up store on the first floor of Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse No. 2 (1-1-2 Shinko, Naka-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture). The store will be open from March 2 to April 12, from 11:00 to 20:00 each day.

Map Design GALLERY is a brand that offers stationery and sundry goods with motifs based on detailed map data of Japan owned by Zenrin and its collection of old maps of Japan made in the West. Based on the concept of “a space to become familiar with maps,” Map Design GALLERY sells map-patterned goods at its four stores in Fukuoka and Nagasaki, as well as through its online store.

The pop-up store at the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse was so well received last year that the company has decided to open a store at the warehouse once again. The store will offer Kanagawa-only products such as a marche bag (2,640 yen) with a Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse design and an acrylic card stand with frame (2 types, 1,650 yen each).

Capsule Toys has added the Yokohama City area to its popular “Directional Signboard Acrylic Stand Key Chain” series, which uses data on directional signboards collected through an independent survey. A total of eight types will be sold at random for 500 yen each.

Five Yokohama designs have also been added to the “Tavi Map Series” of acrylic key chains (500 yen each), which include a map of tourist attractions and their locations. Hinoki series coasters (1,320 yen each) for Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Chiba prefectures are also available.

In addition, the first 1,000 people who follow the official Instagram (@zenrin_mapdesign) or official X (@MapDesign_G) will receive a red brick colored map pattern sticker featuring Kanagawa Prefecture. For details, please check the official website and posts on each SNS account.
