Marriott International will open the Courtyard by Marriott Okinawa Resort (115-2 Kise, Nago, Okinawa) in June. In advance of this, the official hotel website was opened to the public.
This is the first Courtyard hotel in Okinawa and the 10th in Japan for Marriott’s select brand, Courtyard, which caters to both leisure and business travelers. It will be the brand’s first beach resort hotel in Japan.
Access: 60 minutes from Naha Airport via Okinawa Expressway, 100 minutes via Route 58. The hotel is located in Kise, Nago City in the northern part of Okinawa’s main island, along Kise Beach with its beautiful expanse of white sand. Around the hotel, guests can enjoy representative tourist attractions and activities in Okinawa, such as Busena Underwater Park Underwater Observation Tower, Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, and Kanehide Kise Country Club.
Rebranded from Kanehide Kise Beach Palace, which ceased operations in October 2025, the hotel will have a total of 170 guest rooms. Room types include premium, suite, superior, and deluxe. Ocean view rooms have private balconies.
Ancillary facilities include Shioka all-day dining restaurant, lobby bar, stores, fitness center, kids club, and banquet hall.
The company will announce when reservations will begin at a later date.
