A new Yurindo store format will open in The Legacy (former Yokohama City Hall administrative building). In addition to a bookstore, there will be a Western-style dining room, a cafe, a store & gallery, and a co-working space.

Four restaurants, including “Tuna Wholesaler Miura Misaki Port,” will be located on the Stadium Side Terrace, which is directly connected to Yokohama Stadium by a deck.

In the “Path of Succession,” created by inheriting the site of the 7th Yokohama City Hall, there are sweets and take-out cafes perfect for souvenirs, such as “Yokohama Harbor Stadium,” a new Harbor World store, “Kirifuburo,” which has its main store in Motomachi, and “Gateau de Boyage,” a French pastry shop with its main store in Bashamichi. Five stores are lined up.

Starbucks (tea & cafe) and Sarabeth’s, which will open for the first time in Kanagawa area, will appear in Green Walk Terrace, a commercial area with two-story stores with outdoor terraces that are fun to walk around.

The tower building will feature everything from a LINCOS supermarket for everyday use to an extraordinary entertainment facility, “Wandaria Yokohama Supported by Umios,” as well as a new industrial base, wellness facilities, and a clinic.

In “The Live,” an area where sports and other entertainment and food are combined, several restaurants will open, including the Noge Yakisoba Center Maruki, as well as a diner and flagship store directly operated by the Yokohama DeNA BayStars.
