Up to 40% off Hachijo-Jima travel + 3,000 yen per night shopping coupon, Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s “Kouko Ryoko! Hachijojima” campaign, running from March to July.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau are conducting a campaign to attract visitors to Hachijo-jima, entitled “Happiness Back to Hachijo-jima! Hachijojima” campaign.

Travelers visiting with the above discount coupons will also receive a “shopping coupon” worth 3,000 yen per person per night (up to 3 nights per reservation) that can be used to purchase souvenirs and other items at restaurants and activities on the island. The coupons are valid for seven days from the day after they are distributed, and details on stores where the coupons can be used will be posted on a special website to be opened on March 2.
