Kobe is also famous for its Western-style cuisine, and after enjoying the atmosphere of the Ijinkan area, we decided to have lunch at “Paradis Kitano,” a Western-style restaurant that offered reasonable lunch courses. The restaurant is elegant with stylish tablecloths and tableware. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, and although the age group was a bit older than usual, we felt at ease in our casual clothes. We had a choice of meat or fish as our main course, and we both chose the beef cheek stewed in red wine. The meat was so tender and tender that it almost melted in your mouth. The stewed beef cheek in red wine gives the image of being rich, but the flavor was just right and light, so it was gentle on the body. The vegetables served with the dish were all cooked to perfection and were delicious. I ordered a cup of tea at the end of the meal, and the tea cup was also very cute! The atmosphere of the restaurant, the food, and the tableware all made for a very satisfying lunch.
