Tokyo Station Hotel, Whiskey Seminar & Tour. Four themes including domestic and English Scotch, limited to 14 people per session.

Tokyo Station Hotel (1-9-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) will hold a total of four “Gather at the Oak, Whiskey Tasting” events combining hotel tours and seminars through February 2027.

The event will run from 14:00 to 15:40. After a 30-minute tour of the hotel, participants will move to “Bar Oak,” which is usually closed during the daytime. Writer Arisa Umakoshi will be invited as a lecturer for a whisky tasting and seminar.

Each session will have a different theme, and the selection of whisky pairing foods and the approach taken on the tour will be based on the theme. Dates and themes are as follows

April 18, 2026: Royal warrant Scotch whisky loved by Queen Elizabeth.

June 13, 2026: A Journey into Japanese Whiskey

October 10, 2026: History of Whiskey Spun by Railroad

February 20, 2027: The Whiskey that Nurtured and Colored the Novel

The fee is 13,200 yen. The maximum number of participants for each session is 14, and reservations can be made through the website. Reservations for the first session on April 18 will be accepted from 10:30 a.m. on February 19, with subsequent dates to be announced.
