JR West will start selling “WESTER Point Super Privilege Ticket,” which allows passengers to use the Sanyo Shinkansen at a discount equivalent to about 75% off, on November 26 via the e5489 reservation website.
This special ticket is available only to J-WEST cardholders and can be redeemed for a number of WESTER points equivalent to approximately 25% of the regular fare. The period of use is from December 26 to January 12, 2026. The tickets are valid for the Nozomi, Hikari, and Kodama trains between Shin-Osaka and Hakata, and can also be used for the year-end and New Year holidays and for the Green Car.
