Japanista will release “Ekimero Key Chain Tokyo Station Yokosuka Line Version (SH-2)” on February 11. Priced at 2,300 yen, it will be available at the official online store, railroad goods retailers, and major mass merchandisers.
This palm-sized key ring faithfully reproduces the departure melody “SH-2” used at Tokyo Station on the Yokosuka Line and other major stations of JR East. SH-2 is a song with a refreshing melody composed by Hiroshi Shiotsuka, and there were many requests for its commercialization.
To allow users to enjoy memories and scenes of stations and train lines through the music, the key ring features a Tokyo Station station sign design. It measures 8.6 x 5.6 x 0.8 cm (W x D x H). It is powered by a lithium-ion battery and supports USB Type-C charging.
