The new EK320/321 will be operated on a Boeing 777-300ER with a completely redesigned cabin, allowing for more flexible itinerary options, including multi-city tours with stopovers in Dubai. The flight schedule is as follows

The Boeing 777-300ER, which underwent a complete refurbishment following the Airbus A380 used on the first flight, EK318/EK319, features a higher grade interior with modern colors, a specially designed UAE national tree gaf tree motif, and wood grain finish.
The seats include 260 seats in the latest generation Economy Class with ample legroom, 24 seats in Premium Economy Class with cream leather seats, 40 seats in Business Class with a 1-2-1 configuration instead of three rows in the middle, and 8 seats in First Class Suites, which are fully private rooms with floor-to-ceiling doors. 8 First Class Suites, fully private rooms with floor-to-ceiling doors. First and Business Class passengers will have access to an exclusive in-flight social area.
In-flight meals will feature Kaiseki cuisine and other Japanese dishes. In addition, “ice” in-flight entertainment is available in all cabin classes, offering more than 6,500 on-demand channels including movies, TV series, music, and other content in Japanese.
