Lilo Vacations acquired “Akai Kazeguruma” (10-75-2, Yingishuku, Shizukuishi-machi, Iwate-gun, Iwate Prefecture) as of January 30, and will reopen it as “Yutoriro Shizukuishi” around this summer or fall.
The Red Windmill, an inn in Uguisudome Onsen, had gained popularity as a hot spring and radon bedrock bath, but had to close its business in August 2025 due to the Corona disaster.
The hotel will be revitalized as “Yutoriro,” the company’s main brand, and some of the rooms and areas will be renovated to allow guests to bring their dogs.
