Within the free area, passengers can freely take any ordinary unreserved seat on ordinary trains of JR lines including rapid trains, designated routes of each railroad and bus company lines, and Tokyo Bay Ferry.
Limited express and other trains can be used in combination with other tickets and services: limited express tickets and conventional line ticketless limited express ticket services for limited express trains on JR lines, and liner tickets and liner ticketless services for Skyliner, Evening Liner and Morning Liner on Keisei Electric Railway and Hokuso Railway lines. On Kominato Railway, “Boso Satoyama Trolley” and “Kanko Kyuko” trains are available with the purchase of a reserved seat ticket.
