APA Hotel has signed a franchise agreement with R-INN to rebrand and open its “R-INN Fukuchiyama” as “APA Hotel ” (tentative name) in May.
R-Inn Fukuchiyama (3-20-1 Ekiminami-cho, Fukuchiyama City, Kyoto Prefecture) is located a 1-minute walk from JR Fukuchiyama Station and has 91 rooms on 9 floors.
All guest rooms will follow APA Hotel’s “New Urban Hotel” standard specifications, and will feature wall-mounted TVs and original “Cloud fit” beds designed for a good night’s sleep, as well as free Wi-Fi, ceiling lights with special attention to brightness, a light switch at the bedside, and two outlets for charging smartphones and other devices.
