Jiyugaoka Station north side complex to open this fall. Mont Blanc” and “Yabu Izu” to relocate and open, as well as a share lounge/Starbucks complex.

The Jiyugaoka 1-chome 29th Area Urban Redevelopment Association has announced that the complex it is constructing in the area will open in the fall of 2026, and has also disclosed the tenants.

The facility will be located on the north side of Jiyugaoka Station, and will be an office, residential, and commercial complex with 15 floors above ground and three floors below. On the first floor of the building, there will be a passageway connecting the north and south sides of the building, as well as a green space around the perimeter.

The anchor tenant (core store) will be a joint Starbucks Coffee and Shea Lounge and a high-end supermarket Meidi-ya, while on the fifth floor, “Kodomo de Part” will open, featuring childcare for infants and children, various classes, and a clinic.

Local stores such as Mont Blanc, a confectionery store, Yabu Izu, a buckwheat noodle store, and Isseido, a watch, glasses, and jewelry store, will also open stores. The Jiyugaoka Shopping Street Promotion Association will also provide a convention hall with a maximum floor space of approximately 75 tsubo.
