On January 26, the Quartz Shinsaibashi PR Office announced the building name of one of the largest complexes in the Shinsaibashi area of Osaka (3-12-14 Minami-Senba, Chuo-ku, Osaka City), which will be announced in May 2022.
Quartz Shinsaibashi is a 28-story above-ground, two-story below-ground complex directly connected to the Osaka Metro Shinsaibashi Station. The site area is approximately 3,289m2 and the total floor area is 46,227m2. The project is owned by Hulic, Shinsaibashi Kaihatsu Tokutei Mokuteki Kaisha, Takenaka Corporation, and JR Nishi-Nippon Real Estate Development Co.
Based on the concept of “BEYOND LUXURY,” the building is designed as a landmark with a strong presence in the city, incorporating unique artwork at the entrance and other areas. The company aims to enliven Shinsaibashi as a whole and to create a new customer attraction center linking the “Minami” and “Kita” districts.
The commercial facility will offer new wealth and value in a variety of genres on the second basement to the sixth floor, while the eighth to 14th floors will be used as office space, with direct connection to the station and a direct shuttle elevator, and will be available for floor and sub-floor rentals. Both the commercial facility and offices are scheduled to open on April 25.
On the 16th to 28th floors, The Gate Hotel Osaka by HULIC will open on June 15. The hotel will have 223 rooms, the largest of the brand, and will feature a rooftop bar on the top floor, 120 meters above ground level, as well as a restaurant, a lounge for guests only, and a fitness gym.
