Disney Store will release a new collection “GLOSSY FRUITS” featuring Minnie Mouse and Marie from the movie “Stylish Cat” on January 30. Disney Flagship Tokyo, Tokyo Disney Resort stores, and the official online store will begin pre-sales on January 27.
The theme of “GLOSSY FRUITS” is fresh and sweet fruits. The store will combine strawberries, peaches, and cherries with popular characters to create a lineup of sundries and classic plush toys inspired by candy fruits.
The lineup includes “passcases” (2,600 yen) for the new school year and “loungewear” (6,600 yen) to wear while relaxing at home.
Also, fruit motifs join the popular plushie series “Urupocha-chan”. The design of the plushies is sure to capture the hearts of those with dull eyes sitting on them. Four characters, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Chip and Dale, are available. All are priced at 1,800 yen.
UniBEARsity also released a new fruit-motif poncho as a costume exclusively for plush keychains. You can transform your favorite plushie keychain into a spring outfit and go out with it. There are a total of six types of secret specifications: strawberry, grape, peach, orange, lemon, and melon. The design expresses the freshness of fruits with shiny fabric and beads. The price is 2,400 yen.
Also available are cherry-style ponchos that can be worn with twins. The price is 3300 yen.
