Mitsui Fudosan Commercial Management will hold its semi-annual “SUPER OUTLET SALE” at 14 Mitsui outlet parks nationwide from December 26 to January 18, 2026.
The targeted facilities are Sapporo Kitahiroshima, Sendai Port, Kisarazu, Iruma, Makuhari, Tama Minami-Osawa, Yokohama Bayside, Hokuriku Oyabe, Okazaki, Jazz Dream Nagashima, Shiga Ryuoh, Osaka Kadoma, Marine Pia Kobe, and Kurashiki. Popular brand-name apparel as well as travel goods, sports & outdoor, household goods & interior goods will be sold at up to 80% off (about 580 participating stores at the five Kanto facilities).
The popular annual “fukubukuro” will be sold in two ways: advance sales (December 26-31) and New Year’s Day sales (January 1-3, 2026), which will allow customers to be among the first to get their hands on them before the end of the year. The details will differ at some stores, so please check the special website for details.
In addition, to commemorate the sale of the 2026 Fukubukuro, a social networking campaign will be conducted in which winners will be chosen by drawing for luxury prizes. The prize is a “gourmet” goody bag worth 200,000 yen (1 winner) or a “travel” goody bag (1 winner).
