Tokai Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. has launched the “Tomo Tabi” ticket, a round-trip ticket for students only. The tickets are valid for travel between February 2 and April 5, 2026.
This student-only product includes a round-trip ticket from Takeshiba, Tokyo to Izu Oshima, priced at 7,000 yen per person. The package is valid for four days including the day of departure, and features a flexible itinerary during the stay.
On the outward trip, all flights will use the “high-speed jet ship” to get to the island in a short time. The return trip will be on a large passenger ship (2nd class Japanese-style room), departing Oshima at 14:30 and arriving at Takeshiba, Tokyo at 19:00 (19:45 on Saturdays and Sundays) for a relaxing cruise. Days when there is no return service (February 4 and 18, and March 4, 11, 17, and 18) are excluded from the schedule.
Reservations can be made by phone from two months to one day before the departure date. On the day of use, all users are required to present their student ID cards.
