APA Hotel announced plans to open “APA Hotel & Resort (Shin-Kobe, Sannomiya Station North)” (tentative name) in the spring of 2029.
Located a 6-minute walk from Sannomiya and Kobe Sannomiya Stations and an 11-minute walk from Shin-Kobe Station, the 19-story hotel will be a large-scale hotel with a total of 755 rooms. The hotel will feature a large public bath with sauna, open-air bath, swimming pool, restaurant, and convenience store.
In Kobe City, APA Hotel Kobe Sannomiya (202 rooms) and APA Hotel Kobe Sannomiya Ekimae (176 rooms) are currently in operation.
