Wealth Management Group and Banyan Group are jointly investing in and developing the Hakuba Echoland District Hotel Development Project to open Kassia Hakuba (tentative name) (3020-121 Shinden, Oaza Kitashiro, Hakuba Village, Kitaazumi-gun, Nagano Prefecture) in Nagano Prefecture in 2028. construction started September 16, 2025. Cassia Hakuba (tentative name) will be a five-story building with a total of 76 guest rooms. All guest rooms will be equipped with kitchens and balconies, etc. The hotel will be located approximately 10 minutes by car from JR Hakuba Station, in the Echoland area, one of the main vacation home areas in Hakuba Village. There is a bus stop near the hotel that circles each ski resort, making it convenient for transportation.
