Oedo Onsen Monogatari Group will offer the “Oedo 3-Star Buffet” winter menu, available only at four facilities nationwide, from December 1.
The plan includes one night stay and two meals at each of the group’s most luxurious hotels, including Awazu Grand Hotel in Ishikawa Prefecture, Hotel Ranpu in Nagasaki Prefecture, Premium Shirahama Saichoraku in Wakayama Prefecture, and Premium Kinugawa Kanko Hotel in Tochigi Prefecture. The plan will be sold as a one-night stay, two-meal plan.
The new winter menu will feature seasonal crab, fugu (blowfish), and buri (yellowtail). For example, in addition to the existing all-you-can-eat boiled red snow crab legs, the crab lineup will also include pressed sushi, rich gratin, chawanmushi, and crab soup.
The fatty yellowtail is served in savory seared nigirizushi, sashimi, and the mildly flavored buri daikon. The fine ingredient fugu can be enjoyed in nigirizushi (hand-rolled sushi) and nikogori (boiled fish).
In addition, local delicacies from each region and a wide variety of desserts are also available. The winter menu will be available until February 28, 2026.
